How can I book a room over the internet?
Quick and simple! Just fill in the form on our web page, and you will receive the confirmation within 24 hours, depending on our availability. If you haven't received a confirmation within 24 hours, this means that your reservation has not been received, and we ask you to contact us at 00385 1 6108 400.
Do I have to sign in if I want to make a reservation?
No signing in is necessary.
If I change the date, will it affect the price?
Changing the date may result in changes of the given rate.
How can I cancel the reservation?
Cancellations free of charge are possible until 6 pm on the arrival day. The reservation can be cancelled by phone 00385 1 6108000.
How may I obtain special corporate rates?
If you are an employee of a company that has a contract for special rates, you will get special conditions for your reservation. It is sufficient to state the name of the corporation or company for which you are employed, and we will gladly confirm the special room rate.
What is a guaranteed reservation?
All reservations are guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the arrival day. If you send us your credit card it will guarantee your reservation after 6 p.m., with the remark that no shows are charged the amount of the first night.
A number of rooms are booked for a conference held in the hotel. How can I book one of those rooms?
Every conference is booked under a special remark that should be named while making your reservation. While filling out the reservation form, please write the name of the conference which you wish to attend. That way you will ensure yourself a room by the special conditions the hotel has offered the conference organizer.
Can I book over the internet at special agency rates or rates for airline companies?

Can I book more rooms at once and what if those rooms are different category?
Yes. Your booking confirmation will clearly state diverse categories and rates applicable for the booked room type.
What are best available rates and how can I book them?
Best available rates are special room rates for certain amount of rooms which can be obtained depending on the availability and occupancy. Prices differ and are bookable upon request. E-mail us at reservations@hotel-international.hr ).Banquets and conferences
Plan your meetings and events stress free. Unfortunately, you cannot book conference rooms over the Internet. In order to obtain an offer, please send us a request to sales@hotel-international.hr where you are kindly asked to state the following details:
- desired date of the event / meeting
- number of participants
- conference room set up
- technical equpment needed / decoration
- food & beverage services
- rooms for the participants staying in the hotel
- method of payment
