Botanical Garden
Only five-minute walk from Hotel Internationl, the favourite Zagreb park, Botanical Garden is located. This protected monument of garden architecture was founded in 1889 for the purpose of university lectures and is a home of autochthonic plant varieties from different parts of Croatia as well as a number of plant varieties from the sub-Mediterranean, Mediterranean and Alpine regions. If you decide to spend a weekend in Zagreb, spend half an hour walking in the Zagreb Botanical Garden. Litlle Zagreb oasis offer a quiet refuge and place for a relaxing romantic walk from April to November.
Botanical Garden working hours:
The Garden is opend to visitors from 1st April to 1st November every year ( eventually, due to bad weather or other technical problems, the Garden opening can be postponed for a week).
The Garden is closed during winter period.
Monday - Tuesday: 9.00 a.m. - 2.30 p.m.
Wednesday - Sunday: 9.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
*In April and October the Garden is closed after sunset, at 6 p.m.
The entrance is free to all the visitors.
